speakers and internal Gilead leaders speaking about the importance of inclusion and
growth, an interactive online platform that includes exhibition hall booths and virtual
networking lounge, in-person activations at several Gilead locations, and more!


The IGW schedule will open up here in the coming weeks. You will be able to customize
your inclusion and growth experience by adding the events and activities that
best support your personal and professional development to attend to your Outlook calendar.

  3. Gamification (Networking Lounge): To make the event interactive and fun, gamification elements are integrated into the virtual site. Participants can engage in quizzes, challenges, and interactive games related to diversity, inclusion, and personal growth. This not only adds an element of excitement but also encourages learning and active participation.

Yes, the sessions will be recorded and will be available to view on this platform for 30 days.
The recordings will be made available on this platform under the auditorium listing and posted on IGW Yammer.
All users accessing the virtual events must be on the Gilead Network either onsite or through the Gilead VPN. The latest version of Chrome is recommended.
The Exhibition Hall Booths and Networking Lounge will open on July 24, at 8:00 a.m PT and will be accessible throughout the week.
The schedule will open late June. At that time, you will be able to click on Add to Calendar” icon under the event you would like to attend and then select “Outlook”. Open the calendar that was downloaded to your computer by double clicking on the file, and then click on “Save & Close.”
All events will be available directly through this IGW Portal. The Zoom link will also be available via the event calendar and also IGW Yammer page.
The recommended display setting is 1920 X 1080 resolution on a PC, laptop or MacBook.
